Gwen Stefani...♥

While I was on my lunch break today, I decided to stop by the campus bookstore and skim through some magazines.  I love going to the library, bookstores, and heck (yes I said heck) the grocery store and reading magazines...for free.  Every once in a while I will buy a magazine, but why buy them when you can read them for free?  Especially when I just want to look at the pictures and I can go home and read the articles online (for free).  But today when I saw the fabulous Gwen Stefani on the cover of InStyle magazine, I had to buy it.  I absolutely love Gwen Stefani.  I've been following her since I was in 7th grade.  I am obessed with the 1930's, Old Hollywood, Jean Harlow glamour, which is probably why I love Gwen's style so much.  She is so gorgeous, intelligent, talented, down to earth,....and gorgeous.  And the fact that she is 40 years old....come one!  She looks better than any 25 year old I know.  She takes AH mazing pictures which is why I giggled like a little school girl when I saw her on the cover, couldn't wait to see her photo shoot.

She looks like a porcelain doll and her skin/make-up is flawless...I love how she can pull off a dramtic scarlet red lip and it doesn't look dramatic?  It just looks like Gwen...

This L.A.M.B. white jersey jumpsuit is part of Gwen's new Spring line....I could never pull off a white jumpsuit...but that's what makes Gwen so unique...she has her own personal style...and she knows how to rock a white jumpsuit. :)

I've always admired her eyebrows....I once went to a "salon" with a picture of Gwen and said..."I want my eyebrows like her"...ya the chick pulled them all out and I looked horrible...lesson learned.... On a side note.. I LOVE the water/rain/light on the windows in this shot....note to self... :)

In the article she answers 20 questions about life, her gorgeous husband Gavin Rossdale, her beautiful boys Kingston and Zuma, and of course fashion.  She's just an all around genuine person.  She doesn't flaunt her family in front of the cameras or try to be something she's not....she's just real.  SO glad I bought it. :)

OH and on a side note- Has anyone ever had their eyelashes tinted?  If so, did you like it?  Is it worth it?  I have blonde eyelashes and have been thinking about "tinting"....but the fear of dye in my eye kind of freaks me out.  I've had hair dye in my eye and really don't want to re-live that experience.
