Well since my driveway is a sheet of ice and it's below freezing outside, there's no better day to share Renee and Greg's gorgeous Punta Cana destination wedding. Am I right???? ;)
Renee and Greg were married at the gorgeous Majestic Elegance Luxury Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Because I love weddings, I love to travel, I love pina coladas, and I love the ocean.....I was SOOOO looking forward to capturing Renee and Greg's special day. I felt so honored to join their closest friends and family in witnessing Renee and Greg become husband and wife. It was such an incredible experience and I can't thank them enough. So are you ready for palm trees, tropical warm weather, turquoise blue water, white sand, and lots of wedding goodness?!?!? If you are at all familiar with tropical weather, it can be sunny one minute and then pour down rain the next. The forecast called for thunderstorms that day, but Renee prayed about it then decided to proceed with their outdoor beachfront ceremony. Go big or go home! My kind of girl ;)
The Majestic Elegance Punta Cana has a very GRAND staircase which we thought would be a perfect spot for their first look. Again, I love me some first looks ;)

Renee and Greg have a very strong faith and their father's blessing was very important to them. Hearing their father's words made EVERYONE cry, including myself. Sentimental Dads always pull on my heart strings.
Their gorgeous, beachfront wedding ceremony was decorated in coral and perfectly accented by sugary white sand and turquoise crashing waves.
Brad, Renee's Brother, graced everyone with his amazing singing voice during the ceremony. People on the beach seriously stopped what they were doing and looked over like "OMG is that Andrea Bocelli singing?!?!?!?" They even started to gather around the ceremony site to watch the free concert. You go Brad ;)
In the middle of their ceremony it started to rain a little, that lasted a whole twenty seconds, and then it stopped. Totally perfect in my book ;)

Oh and sometimes boys insist on taking off their pants and jumping into the ocean.....boys will be boys.
You seriously can't go wrong with a gorgeous Bride and a turquoise Caribbean ocean background....
And don't even get me started on the stunning, indigo blue tiled showers the resort has on the beach..... Also made for a perfect background ;) *Get in that shower*

The sun FINELY decided to make an appearance at the end of their portrait session. We seriously took off running like kids in a candy store to capture this gorgeous sunset. Look at those colors!
