Wow, trying to remember how to blog over here.....it's been WAY too long.  Now that wedding season is winding down (my couples are so awesome) and winter break is approaching, this blog is about to get lots of love.  Lucky you :)

Inspiration

We wanted an intimate ceremony with just close family and friends. I have a HUGE family and the thought of planning a wedding for everyone was overwhelming and not really our personalities. We aren't often the life of the party or center of attention so the idea of literally knowing and being close with everyone there was very comforting! We fell in love with Chaumette Winery when we first went to it the first summer we started dating and it just seemed right to have it at such a beautiful, quaint setting. The day was absolutely perfect and you especially captured the EXACT feeling we wanted!! Could not have been happier with the results!! 

Most memorable part of the day

 Honestly the feel of the day was the best memory. We stayed in a villa the night before and waking up that morning completely relaxed enjoying mimosas on the gorgeous porch set the mood for the entire day! Nothing was rushed or stressful. Our families were there the afternoon simply hanging out and getting ready. The fabulous Leslie came to do hair and make-up and it was just like a girls day for a while. Then when the pictures started it began to sink in but even so, there was a peacefulness about it knowing how exciting the evening was going to be. You were delightful throughout the entire afternoon and evening so there was no worry about whether or not pictures would be beautiful (and that they were!!)l. The weather was beautiful for the ceremony and the food was delicious after. By far the absolute best day of my life. 

Absolutely loved everything about this wedding, including the OH SO sweet and gracious Megan and Andy.  Thank you for letting me capture your special day!
